ABOUT LIZ

Liz Vagenas is a former Human Resource Manager and Trainer with over 22 years of Staffing experience, serving as a leader of and a consultant to corporations on a local and national level. Additionally, she is a Life Coach specializing in life transitions, executive and career coaching. As a former Vice President of Staffing and Development, Liz has managed multiple office locations for several corporations and has served as a corporate recruiter, staffing advisor and trainer. Liz’s many accomplishments during this time include repeatedly increasing profitability by massive margins.

In addition to her consultative and creative management expertise, Liz offers extensive knowledge in the areas of behavioral interviewing techniques, screening and selecting top candidates and evaluating current staffing processes. Liz has served on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of Staffing Services and The Boston Human Resource Association. She has served as an advisor to the Boston Public School System’s Job Placement Advisory Council and her volunteer community involvement includes a membership with the Boston Minstrels Group, a singing group that performs for the homeless shelters in the city of Boston.
